This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Implement enhancements, efficiencies, and standardization in project execution and delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the DMI team to execute projects and implementations.

• Ensure a comprehensive training and commissioning plan is developed and communicated to clients following site surveys.

• Conduct site surveys.

• Install and implement software solutions.

• Provide training for both high-level and low-level users on system setup and usage.

• Support the team in communicating project details to clients.

• Develop effective workflows with clients and colleagues while delivering MIS services.

• Assist in system commissioning alongside electrical engineers to verify that software and hardware solutions function correctly and meet specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the print and/or packaging sectors.

• Proven experience in implementation and training.

• Background in Project Management.

• Experience in a 'technical' production process setting.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Management Information Systems (MIS), and software development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.

• Proficient knowledge of programming languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, and SQL.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically to various unforeseen employer and client locations, up to 40% of the time.
