This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement real-time automation solutions spanning from the manufacturing plant floor to enterprise systems.

• Develop and execute real-time automation controls and information systems.

• Generate innovative solutions during the design phase of projects.

• Program, troubleshoot, and validate systems.

• Produce project engineering documentation, including notes, proposals, design traceability records, case studies, and other relevant materials.

• Launch new solutions at client locations while identifying areas for improvement.

• Formulate methodologies and address complex challenges.

• Acquire knowledge of new technologies.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues in areas of expertise.

• Engage with PLC/PAC programming, HMI and SCADA design, networking, databases, vision systems, machine safety, servo motion control, MES, ERP connectors, and advanced software solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful or anticipated completion of a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related Engineering Technology field.

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA/HMI, networking, databases, motion control, safety, or high-level programming.

• Preference for candidates with academic or industry experience in Ignition (Vision & Perspective), Allen-Bradley, and/or Beckhoff TwinCAT.

• Detail-oriented, diligent, analytical, focused, and quick to learn complex systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects in dynamic environments.

• Willingness to travel locally with occasional day trips, as well as additional travel within India.
