Systems Architect, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• In-depth technical expertise in IT environments related to Telecommunications;

• Proven experience in systems architecture to tackle both technical and business challenges;

• Acquaintance with platforms and tools pertinent to the key initiatives you will be involved in;

• Critical assessment of requirements and modeling to convert business-identified issues;

• Establishment and support of software and solution architecture;

• Understanding of agile methodologies;

• Experience serving as Technical Lead and/or Architect on Salesforce projects;

• Practical approach (create, design, present, and implement project solutions);

• Define and design by proposing optimal technical and functional solutions, grasping the business context and genuine project needs while assessing risks and overall impacts of the proposed solutions;

• Recommend technical solutions that maximize platform utilization (performance, scalability, maintenance, platform limitations, etc.);

• Ensure visibility and manage interdependencies among the features that comprise the solution;

• Generate technical documentation;

• Assist and guide implementation, development, and testing teams;

• Provide consultative support in technical/functional discussions;

• Act as a Salesforce technical/functional reference point;

• Oversee the technical refinement of requirements;

• Support and/or address troubleshooting of critical issues and participate in war rooms;

• Escalate and direct technical impediments and aid in their resolution;

• Take responsibility for all engagement and actions concerning the technical scope during the refinement phase;

• Advocate for technical solutions before the technical COE (Center of Excellence);

• Assist in detailing the functionality roadmap from a technical standpoint;

• Maintain controls and tools current (status, impediments, refinement planning, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in declarative customization of Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce programmatic features for both backend and frontend: Apex, LWC, Aura, DataRaptor, Calculation Matrix, Vlocity Card.

• Familiarity with OmniStudio, CPQ Industries, Order Management (OM), Catalog, PLM, Vlocity Core, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/DataMappers, Calculation Matrix, Templates, APEX REST, and external callouts;

• Advanced understanding of APIs and microservices (REST, SOAP);

• Familiarity with deployment processes and tools, preferably GIT;

• Administration experience concerning Users, System, Profiles, Permissions, and Access;

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development Technology, ideally in Software Engineering;

• Salesforce certifications focused on solution architecture and/or technical leadership;

• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect;

• Preferred: Experience in projects and solution/technical architecture definitions for integration between Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence.
