Systems and Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, model, and document processes for automation utilizing leading BPM platforms available in the market.

• Assess and define processes for robotic automation leveraging top RPA platforms currently offered.

• Discover opportunities to implement AI and design as well as specify the relevant solutions.

• Identify and outline the requirements scope for automation solutions in processes.

• Execute system acceptance testing in collaboration with clients.

• Provide training to clients on various BPM subjects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Systems Technology and Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in process modeling and analysis.

• Skills in requirements gathering and specification.

• Background in systems/business analysis within the IT sector.

• Proficient in BPMN notation and modeling tools like Bizagi.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Certification in CBPP or OCEB v2 (advantageous).

• Postgraduate degree or an MBA in the relevant field (advantageous).

• Experience in data modeling/analysis and data mining (advantageous).

• Familiarity with web projects (advantageous).

• Understanding of relational modeling and UML (advantageous).
