Systems Analyst – Mid-Level (Operations & Support)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute troubleshooting tasks within production environments;

• Carry out root cause analysis for incidents with significant impact;

• Review technical tickets associated with incidents and service requests;

• Assess the business implications of incidents;

• Suggest workaround solutions for various issues;

• Engage in initiatives that bolster internal operational processes;

• Create and improve monitoring systems and technical alerts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;

• Experience in positions pertaining to systems development, N2 support, or product maintenance/support;

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred);

• Understanding of microservices-based architectures;

• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies;

• Awareness of agile practices (Scrum or Kanban);

• Proficiency with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch, or ELK);

• ITIL certification;

• AWS certification.
