This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the Power Platform user base, which includes user setup, access modifications, role assignments, and business unit configuration, with a significant focus on Dynamics 365.
• Provide support and maintain Power Platform operations during CST hours, ensuring prompt responses to production issues, business requests, and operational support requirements across platform applications like Dynamics 365.
• Execute application configuration changes based on validated business requirements and prioritization, including cloud flows, Power Automate workflows, JavaScript modifications, table and column adjustments, business rules, and other declarative or low-code platform updates.
• Conduct production pushes using Azure DevOps pipelines from sandbox to production and assist in deployment validation and post-deployment assessments.
• Ensure that sandbox environments remain aligned with production configurations, ready to facilitate testing, validation, and release activities.
• Aid in incident resolution and enhancement requests by documenting issues, validating system performance, collaborating with technical teams, and executing or assisting with approved corrections.
• Provide reports on platform data as required, focusing on common reporting areas such as users, contracts, leads, and opportunities within Dynamics 365 and other linked applications.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to comprehend existing processes, evaluate impacts, and implement practical system modifications that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration records, training resources, and quick reference guides as necessary.
• Facilitate and support testing activities for changes delivered to the platform, including unit testing, validation, and business acceptance support.
• Stay updated on Power Platform capabilities — encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 — and propose enhancements that promote process efficiency, reporting, supportability, and platform maturity.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting business applications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in application configuration, security administration, reporting, and business process support within a low-code or CRM platform.
• Capability to collaborate with business users to identify current and future process needs and translate them into actionable system changes.
• Ability to engage with development and technical teams to understand system design, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployment activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service abilities.
• Experience in Power Platform administration and configuration, with a focus on hands-on Dynamics 365 administration as a key area of expertise.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is advantageous.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, reporting tools, and Azure DevOps.
