Systems Analyst – Go To Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining and supporting the systems that drive the revenue organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Concentrate on daily system operations—resolving issues, enhancing workflows, and ensuring the GTM tech stack functions efficiently.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and understand requirements.

• Work alongside senior systems leadership to implement scalable solutions.

• Oversee and address incoming system requests (Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools).

• Diagnose workflow problems, data discrepancies, and system malfunctions.

• Collect and document business requirements from the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Business Systems to convert requirements into system enhancements.

• Assist with CRM configuration updates (fields, workflows, automations, validation rules).

• Monitor data integrity and ensure the maintenance of clean, dependable system data.

• Support integrations and automation throughout the GTM tech stack.

• Identify current process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

• Aid in documenting system processes, workflows, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM/system administration.

• Practical experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred).

• Knowledge of workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to gather and translate business requirements into clear documentation.

• Comfortable working across various systems and resolving issues.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of data structures, reporting, and system integrations.
