This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver first-level incident support;
• Address and manage requests from customers as well as internal teams;
• Initiate PRBs (Problem Reports) for the appropriate teams;
• Implement planned changes to ensure system stability;
• Monitor events to foresee potential incidents within the environment;
• Enhance team documentation;
• Offer support to service teams.
• Proficiency with server technologies, including Apache, Varnish, Nginx, and PHP-FPM;
• Understanding of Windows web servers (IIS);
• Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases;
• Experience with backup solutions;
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies;
• Competence in load balancing techniques and monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana;
• Analytical abilities to assist in identifying recurring incidents and their root causes;
• Awareness of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Gemini);
• Understanding of ITIL principles;
• Willingness to work 24/7, including weekends and overnight shifts;
