Systems Administrator, Enablement Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, support, and consistently enhance learning platforms and associated technologies, primarily Docebo.

• Act as the main administrator for the LMS and related educational technologies.

• Maintain platform stability, security, performance, and ensure user satisfaction.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize platform settings, user roles, permissions, governance standards, and data integrity processes.

• Design, implement, and improve learning programs, workflows, automations, and platform capabilities in alignment with business goals.

• Manage system integrations, authentication services, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, and identity management solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, program managers, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.

• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot system issues effectively.

• Coordinate with vendors to address technical challenges and implement product enhancements.

• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics.

• Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

• Assess and implement AI-enabled learning technologies, automation tools, and emerging solutions.

• Enhance operational efficiency, learner engagement, and overall user experience.

• Assist in sales enablement, customer training, partner education, onboarding, certification, and organizational learning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3+ years of practical experience managing enterprise software platforms such as LMS, enablement platforms, CRM, CMS, knowledge management systems, or similar applications.

• Experience in managing user access, permissions, platform configuration, governance, troubleshooting, data quality, and lifecycle management processes.

• Strong understanding of authentication technologies and enterprise identity management, including SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning workflows, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, automation platforms, and workflow management tools commonly used in enterprise software environments.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for platform customization, branding, and user experience enhancements.

• Experience with reporting, dashboards, analytics, Google Analytics, and using data to enhance platform adoption and continuous improvement.

• Outstanding communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating efficiently with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Must be available primarily during Eastern Time business hours, with occasional flexibility to support global stakeholders and business needs.

• Must maintain a dedicated home office or professional workspace that ensures a reliable, secure, and distraction-free environment.

• Ability to engage in video conferences, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings with minimal interruptions during working hours.
