This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete production project setup in Phoenix OneCase, which includes establishing portfolio/program/project structure, managing obligated funding, defining the period of performance, branding, and configuring project-level settings.
• Create data-driven application forms that incorporate conditional logic, validation rules, repeating question blocks, option sets, and help text.
• Set up application workflows, stages, statuses, dependencies, reasons for denial and withdrawal, QAQC queues, and assignment protocols.
• Manage roles and permissions, which encompasses field-level and feature-level access, Azure AD-synced user provisioning, and policies for applicant accounts.
• Test configurations in sandbox environments using test applications and pre-loaded data prior to promoting to production.
• Construct demo and proof-of-concept environments utilizing reusable configuration templates.
• Sustain reusable template configurations for various common program types.
• Address configuration issues, document solutions, and keep configuration records updated.
• Work in conjunction with the Product Owner, business analysts, and program teams to convert requirements into platform configurations.
• Report development gaps to the product backlog.
• Provide backup support for the Configuration Lead when necessary.
• Advocate for accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and practices aligned with SOC 2.
• A Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, public administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in administering and configuring a SaaS or low-code/no-code business platform, including forms, workflows, and role/permission setups.
• Proven ability to translate business and program requirements into effective platform configurations without the need for custom coding.
• Experience in managing configurations across both sandbox and production environments, utilizing structured testing and validation methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage setup checklists, configuration records, and change logs in complex multi-program environments.
• Proficiency in active listening, posing clarifying questions, and transforming detailed program or stakeholder requirements into precise, functional configurations.
• Ability to navigate between disciplined production-level changes and rapid turnaround demo builds.
• Experience with grants management platforms, HUD CDBG-DR or other federal disaster recovery initiatives, or government case-management systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Azure AD user administration, payment gateway setups, and basic HTML for letter and notification templates is a plus.
• Experience supporting sales engineering, client demonstrations, or proof-of-concept projects is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Exposure to WCAG and SOC 2 compliance standards is a plus.
