This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the IT systems and technological infrastructure that support the services/products running on AWS.

• Ensure the performance, security, and availability of these technological resources to support business operations.

• Configure, manage, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems (primarily LINUX).

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Implement updates, patches, and enhancements to the software.

• Enforce security policies to protect data and systems.

• Conduct regular backups and ensure their recovery.

• Provide timely level 2 or 3 technical support to users.

• Diagnose and resolve software and network-related incidents.

• Document procedures and solutions for recurring issues.

• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

• Ensure high availability and continuity of service.

• Optimize the use of IT resources to enhance efficiency.

• Plan and implement new systems or upgrades.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the success of technology projects.

• Ensure that systems comply with local and international regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience with advanced knowledge of operating systems (especially Linux).

• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies (AWS).

• Familiarity with databases (Maria DB), networks, and communication protocols.

• Relevant certifications: particularly in Linux and AWS.

• Availability to handle any incidents that may affect service.

• English: B2+. (We'll assess your level during the interview, so be prepared to converse.)

• Knowledge of Pandora (monitoring system), HAProxy, bash scripting, EVM-type Blockchain nodes, or Solana would be a significant plus.
