System Software Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a small team to develop a new kernel mode Linux driver that will support the latest generation of NVIDIA GPUs.

• Engage directly with the Linux kernel community to create patches that enhance NVIDIA hardware support.

• Contribute to the architecture and design of NVIDIA GPU kernel software to ensure compatibility with upstream developments.

• Serve as a representative of NVIDIA GPU software within the open-source community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience as a software developer.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in developing device drivers and kernel mode software.

• Direct involvement in Linux kernel development with a successful history of upstreaming patches.
