System Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage client accounts on the client's platform, including provisioning, system updates, and deactivations.

• Oversee bulk data uploads, which encompass property and user information, survey participants, and training records.

• Create and manage system configurations, including survey, training, and policy setups as necessary.

• Diagnose system issues, escalating complex cases to internal technical teams as required.

• Support user management tasks, including account creation, permissions configuration, and deactivations.

• Provide technical assistance to Implementation and Project Management teams, facilitating seamless client onboarding and ongoing system utilization.

• Produce and disseminate reports across departments to aid internal and external stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance system workflows and meet client requirements.

• Leverage Salesforce and other project management tools to monitor implementation and system requests.

• Keep detailed documentation of system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Engage in process enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in SaaS implementation, system operations, customer success, or similar client-facing positions.

• Strong technical skills with a capacity to swiftly learn and configure SaaS platforms.

• Proficient in Excel for data preparation and bulk uploads.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects at once.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRMs, Google Workspace, and project management tools (such as Asana, Jira, etc.).

• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to continuous improvement.
