Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead the integration process for the Focus Partners Wealth office.

• Provide exceptional service and ensure a consistent experience for teams transitioning into the Focus Partners Wealth culture.

• Offer extensive training and support on Focus Partners Wealth tools, processes, and resources.

• Assist with daily integration operations for Focus Partners Wealth acquisitions, from due diligence to the acquisition date.

• Maintain a solid understanding of custodial relationships with Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab.

• Advocate for the integrating teams and pinpoint areas for potential improvement.

• Ensure the prompt delivery of reports, documentation, and planning materials required by Advisors and integration stakeholders.

• Participate in regular meetings with team leaders and conduct ad hoc check-ins focused on enhancing operational efficiency.

• Develop training and development plans for new or existing members of the Integration team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent level of professional experience.

• At least seven years of experience in wealth management, client service, operations, integration, or a related area.

• A strong client service focus, with the ability to establish trusted relationships and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with associates at various organizational levels.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, critical thinking, and sound judgment.

• Capability to collaborate across teams, adapt swiftly to change, and respond effectively to differing priorities, situations, and personalities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, virtual meeting platforms, CRM tools, and essential wealth management systems.
