Software Architect, Systems Designer – German-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the system architecture, encompassing data modeling, state management, component interaction, and system performance under load.

• Make challenging, irreversible design choices early on and weigh the associated trade-offs.

• Architect and manage the data layer for new functionalities, including tables, relationships, indexing strategies, and query/load enhancement.

• Develop queues, background tasks, and long-duration processes that ensure reliability even under heavy load and partial failures.

• Engage with customers to gain insights into product usage, integrating feedback into architecture, stack direction, and overall product vision.

• Operate independently within an AI-first development environment utilizing Claude.

• Contribute to Hausverwalter.ai, a comprehensive platform for property management companies that features Inbox, CRM, Documents, Telephony, Video Calls, Team Chat, and AI Agents.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Strong English communication skills for effective team collaboration.

• A solid background in systems design.

• Capability to design a database from the ground up, including tables, relationships, and indexes.

• Ability to assess database load, query performance, and data growth.

• Familiarity with consistency, throughput, failure modes, and potential bottlenecks.

• Experience in designing queues, background jobs, and enduring workflows.

• Prioritize reliability, scalability, and maintainability as fundamental concerns.

• Independent working style with complete ownership of assigned tasks.

• Comfortable interacting with customers to identify their needs.

• Experience with an AI-first development setup utilizing Claude.

• The choice of tech stack is not a concern; AI will generate 100% of your code.
