• Schedule and execute system installations, enhancements, and site evaluations based on client needs and technical specifications.
• Ensure all systems comply with Mindray’s performance and quality benchmarks through thorough testing.
• Offer advanced on-site assistance for intricate or escalated service challenges that exceed the capabilities of local service representatives.
• Provide after-hours telephone support to help customers, service representatives, and clinical staff with technical issues—delivering prompt solutions to reduce downtime.
• Organize and implement system updates and upgrades as necessary.
• Keep detailed and precise documentation for all service and installation activities in line with Mindray’s Quality System and Administrative policies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education—to ensure project milestones and client requirements are fulfilled.
• Associate degree (at a minimum) or equivalent in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology.
• Minimum one year of experience with telemetry or RF systems preferred.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking principles.
• Strong technical capabilities in system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of monitoring systems.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Customer-oriented, self-sufficient, and solutions-driven with a positive demeanor.
