Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of CRM and ERP software projects for clients ranging from 5 to 500 users.

• Engage in functional and technical working groups as well as progress meetings.

• Assess business requirements, document needs, and ensure seamless delivery following our Best Practices Playbooks while guiding clients through the implementation journey.

• Collaborate closely with the Implementation Team, which includes Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services personnel.

• Develop and conduct training sessions for key stakeholders on system configuration and end-user training.

• Execute basic project management responsibilities such as creating onsite agendas, following up on project task lists, and escalating issues to the Project Manager and Leadership to maintain project scope and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, serving as a billable resource with a utilization target.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Willingness and availability to travel (up to 40%) to customer locations for in-person meetings, as required by the client.

• Preferred Qualifications: Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, in a polished, precise, and engaging manner.

• Strong collaborative skills, readily involving others when necessary to achieve both individual and group objectives.

• Effective time management abilities.

• Solution-oriented mindset, prioritizing the customer experience.

• Familiarity with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is advantageous.

• Experience in the Venue and/or Exhibition industry is preferred, though not mandatory.
