Client Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the organization's most intricate and high-priority client implementations, acting as the primary accountable individual.

• Create and uphold the implementation methodology, encompassing playbooks, escalation frameworks, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and product teams to formulate implementation strategies for new clients, markets, or product offerings.

• Integrate client feedback, operational data, and stakeholder insights to foster continuous enhancement in implementation results.

• Conduct root cause analyses on implementation shortcomings and devise corrective action plans.

• Represent the implementation function in cross-functional strategic discussions and product development meetings.

• Provide mentorship to senior consultants and spearhead the knowledge development agenda for the implementation team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience in client implementation or professional services, showcasing ownership of complex accounts.

• In-depth knowledge of implementation methodology and the client onboarding lifecycle management.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive systemic enhancements.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

• Experience in the healthcare or health services industry is highly desirable.
