This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as a reliable collaborator for schools and districts in NYC, assisting them in comprehending their data and enhancing implementation strategies.
• Engage in partner meetings, data evaluations, and check-ins to offer insights and collect feedback.
• Facilitate program onboarding and deployment for new partners, ensuring a seamless adoption process for teachers and administrators.
• Highlight narratives and instances of effective implementation to distribute within the broader team and partner network.
• Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions alongside instructional and professional learning teams to improve implementation quality and educator capacity.
• Collect on-the-ground feedback to inform ongoing enhancements of our tools, support mechanisms, and data reporting.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues, identify needs, and guarantee an exceptional user experience.
• Prepare and present data reports and visual presentations that showcase engagement, usage, and impact across schools, while supporting team members in their interactions with partners.
• Convert complex data into straightforward insights and actionable recommendations for educators and leaders.
• Work collaboratively with internal data and product teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Maintain templates, dashboards, and processes that render data reporting efficient and meaningful for the Program Success team.
• Oversee 10-20 single-school accounts.
• Provide direct support to key district accounts managed by Senior Directors of Implementation Success.
• Collaborate with educators and leaders to ensure the smooth operation of programs, from rostering and setup to ongoing technical and instructional assistance.
• Lead and manage special projects that further the goals of the Program Success team, such as new reporting tools, data storytelling initiatives, or process enhancements.
• Work alongside colleagues from various teams (Insights & Analytics, Education Solutions, Product) to ensure a unified and high-quality partner experience.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and steady progress.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related area.
• Experience in a school setting, preferably as a teacher, instructional coach, or in a school/district support role.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout New York City's five boroughs to engage directly with school partners.
• Ability and willingness to occasionally travel (up to 10%) to support in-person engagement with partners nationwide.
• Strong skills in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators.
• Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Effective and engaging communicator who can develop and sustain relationships with a diverse range of partners.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is advantageous.
• Deeply committed to equity, access, and assisting educators in enhancing student outcomes, with a focus on growth for every learner.
• Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role.
• Comfortable facilitating data discussions with teachers or administrators.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
