This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Level 1, 2 & 3 Support - you respond to inquiries via phone, remote access, or ticketing systems, providing quick and sustainable solutions.
• Troubleshooting – whether it’s hardware, software, networks, or printers, you identify issues and restore the system’s functionality.
• Monitoring & Performance – you proactively detect disruptions and keep our customer environments operational before issues escalate.
• Customer Interaction – your solo: clear, friendly communication directly with our customers and users.
• Service Quality & SLAs – your rhythm is reliability: you deliver on your promises and provide top-quality service.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer – what you play remains in the songbook: for the team, customers, and sustainable solutions.
• Team Spirit – collaboration, open communication, and mutual appreciation are our backstage pass.
• Completed vocational training in IT.
• Mandatory several years of experience in the IT service environment (system house, service provider).
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft server/client applications and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Experience with networks, hardware, and common applications.
• Enjoy direct customer contact and the ability to explain complex IT concepts clearly.
• Language skills: fluent in German and English, French as a bonus track.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Resilience, team spirit, and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Flexible working hours with a 40-hour week and part-time options available.
• Up to 5 days per week of location-independent work, including home office or remote work from Switzerland.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on-site 2-3 days per week as agreed.
• 25 days of vacation per year (27 days after the age of 40 / 30 days after the age of 50).
