This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Utilize advanced technical expertise in automated system products across the entire system development life cycle.
• Design, develop, implement, modify, plan, estimate, conduct feasibility tests, and evaluate automated system products.
• Suggest technical solutions that align with operational and business goals as well as technological capabilities.
• Provide management and leadership with insights on software evaluations.
• Foster strong service relationships between IT and application customers.
• Act as a bridge between IT and other departments and entities.
• Manage IT products, which includes planning and gathering customer feedback while understanding existing functionalities and limitations.
• Offer technical expertise, guidance, and direction to professional staff.
• Resolve intricate problems.
• Engage in strategic planning for the development and modification of systems/applications.
• Review system requirements with customers and convert them into specific functions or deliverables.
• Analyze flowchart processes and propose methods to minimize steps and enhance efficiency through technology.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with six years of experience in system implementation, including directing, planning, and scheduling a major information system project; OR an Associate’s Degree with seven years of experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with nine years of experience.
• Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with concepts of networking and distributed computing environments.
• Knowledge of messaging technology.
• Understanding of client/server configuration principles.
• Exceptional knowledge of messaging technology along with project management skills.
• Must reside in the greater Northeast Ohio (NEO) area.
• Ability to remain seated and stationary for extended periods.
• Normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity adequate for working on a personal computer.
• Capability to walk to different locations throughout the Foundation.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• ITIL Foundations certification is preferred for caregivers in the Information Technology Division.
