System Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver end-user troubleshooting and support for HR systems (Workday/Oracle) via a tiered ticketing system.

• Create and execute technical solutions to address business challenges for HR Technology Services stakeholders.

• Support data conversion activities, including large-scale data loads (EIBs or HSDL).

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee optimal support and successful project results.

• Collect and evaluate customer requirements, proposing customized solutions.

• Investigate system issues and offer recommendations for enhancements or resolutions.

• Take ownership of assigned audits, analyzing results and ensuring prompt resolution.

• Suggest and implement process and system enhancements for improved operational efficiency and scalability.

• Document business processes, work instructions, and technical resources.

• Review and revise work instructions to align with system changes and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles.

• Prior experience with troubleshooting and supporting HR systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with data conversion, mass data loads, or EIB integrations is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong customer service, time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
