This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Carry out bookkeeping procedures for securities and financial instruments, ensuring the accuracy of registration data, investor transactions, and positions.
• Process and oversee financial events, including amortizations, redemptions, interest payments, distributions, and other asset movements.
• Reconcile positions across internal systems, depositories, custodians, and other market participants.
• Examine and resolve operational discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing necessary corrections.
• Administer investor movement controls, ownership transfers, freezes/unfreezes, and other operational activities.
• Assist in the preparation and validation of position statements, income reports, and reports intended for investors and internal teams.
• Provide service to clients, distributors, asset managers, administrators, and other stakeholders involved in the registration procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements set by CVM, B3, Bacen, and other relevant authorities.
• Engage in testing, UAT/homologation, and enhancements to registration systems and processes.
• Aid internal and external audits by supplying information and evidence regarding the executed processes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in securities bookkeeping, fiduciary administration, custody, controllership, back office, or financial market operations.
• Familiarity with financial products, particularly investment funds, FIDCs (credit receivables investment funds), FIIs (real estate investment funds/REITs), CRIs (real estate receivables certificates), CRAs (agribusiness receivables certificates), and fixed-income securities.
• Understanding of registration, settlement, transfer processes, and financial events concerning assets.
• Basic knowledge of financial market regulations, including CVM, B3, and Bacen rules.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong ability in data analysis, operational controls, and report preparation.
• Experience with registration systems or financial market platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of B3 file layouts and integrations is advantageous but not necessary.
• Experience in automating processes using VBA, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus but not required.
• Certifications such as CPA-20, CEA, CFG, CGA, or similar are advantageous but not essential.
