This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Conduct meetings with end-users while providing essential operational and application development expertise for intricate tasks.
• Execute complex design, build, and implementation projects.
• Convert intricate application and operational requirements into functional capabilities.
• Initiate, facilitate, or lead discussions with end-users, business stakeholders, and EIS teams.
• Oversee team projects, encompassing the interpretation of customer needs, deliverable management, status updates, and the cultivation of customer relationships and expectations.
• Act as a substitute for the Team Lead when necessary.
• Identify and address teamwork challenges while escalating work-related issues to the Team Lead as required.
• Engage in the re-engineering of operational workflow processes in collaboration with end-users and business stakeholders.
• Convert end-user and business-owner requirements into system specifications and configuration criteria.
• Offer expertise on design integration and interactions with other Epic modules and applications.
• Lead workgroups within the department or project scope.
• Represent the unit on Epic-related committees such as CAB, CHOCC, and LOCC.
• Assist the Team Lead with project planning and details.
• Manage and coordinate advanced configuration and build assignments/projects.
• Mentor team members on application design, development, testing, and various other tasks.
• Ensure that documentation is available for support and end-user training.
• Provide daily guidance to assigned team members.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Epic Cadence design, build, and implementation.
• Required experience in Decision Tree design and build; ideally 1+ years.
• Preferred experience in Provider Template Optimization, Visit Type Consolidation, Department and Provider, and Referrals build.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.
• Epic Cadence Certification is essential.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
