This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide clinical expertise and operational assistance for medical inquiries and process escalations.
• Serve as a clinical point of contact for both internal and external customers, addressing elevated inquiries.
• Manage the elevation and documentation of Unsolicited Medical Inquiries across the entire product range.
• Deliver product-specific clinical training, which includes content development and collaboration with training teams.
• Work alongside laboratory and pathology teams to resolve cases and improve processes.
• Track metrics related to clinical inquiries and escalations, identifying trends for corrective and preventative measures.
• Investigate escalations, pinpoint process gaps, and suggest retraining or adjustments to workflows.
• Record information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a field related to the essential duties; alternatively, an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma or GED accompanied by 4 years of relevant experience.
• Capability to operate on a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen and perform typing for approximately 90% of a standard workday.
• Willingness to work on weekdays, nights and/or weekends, and overtime as required.
• Must be available for Monday–Friday working hours from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm CST.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods, including more than 2 consecutive hours during an 8-hour workday.
• Keyboard usage should account for at least 50% of the workday.
