System Analyst, CIF

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows.

• Design and configure system solutions for the CIF platform to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish system requirements, integrations, and customizations.

• Model business processes using BPMN notation to guarantee effective system and workflow design.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimize existing workflows.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related challenges.

• Work closely with developers to facilitate the development and deployment of system solutions.

• Conduct user training sessions and offer continuous support to end users.

• Ensure system stability and performance by identifying issues and proposing solutions.

• Stay informed about new features and best practices while collaborating with the technical team.

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between CIF and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs).

• Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a comparable role.

• Advanced SQL proficiency.

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and business process management.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs).

• Proficient in BPMN notation for business process modeling and optimization.

• Capability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, data models, integration plans, BPMN diagrams, and technical workflows.

• Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing.

• Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex technical problems.

• Hands-on experience with Camunda or other BPMN platforms is preferred.
