This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +5 more countries.
• Establish and uphold the product vision, measurable success indicators, and business objectives that align with client strategies and customer requirements.
• Take ownership of daily product decisions that enhance both customer satisfaction and business return on investment.
• Convert the vision and strategy into a structured roadmap and prioritized backlog of epics and releases.
• Make decisions regarding product scope and trade-offs, considering user impact, technical feasibility, risk, budget, and timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, refine product objectives, and monitor product KPIs and customer feedback.
• Ensure the backlog is well-prepared and collaborate with Business Analysts to capture comprehensive requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate product decisions across business, technology, and executive teams.
• Lead sprint reviews and demonstration sessions.
• Oversee release planning and ensure readiness for market launch.
• Approve completed increments based on the Definition of Done.
• Align with partners and operations while monitoring post-launch adoption rates.
• Ensure compliance with legal, data privacy, and security standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, resolve obstacles, and escalate threats to timelines or value delivery.
• Incorporate Agile methodologies and Lean principles into the product development process.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptability within the team.
• Capability to operate without a primary Product Owner.
• Proficiency in facilitating meetings with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to prepare reports for senior management regarding project status, obstacles, and risks.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
• Experience with UML, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with SQL Client or another SQL database.
• Experience with Postman, REST, SOAP, SFTP, and the ELK Stack.
• Skilled in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Proficient in prototyping and business process modeling.
• Customer-focused approach to identifying user solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and comprehension of complex systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and capability to develop comprehensive reports.
• AI-driven capability: processing requirements and generating specifications using AI.
• Willingness to work from 9:00 to 18:00 CEST.
