Associate Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop user stories

• Schedule software releases

• Work collaboratively with teams to assign resources and prioritize features

• Identify time-related risks and create mitigation strategies

• Generate status reports

• Monitor customer-reported bugs

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to clarify business requirements

• Comprehend products and features, resource distribution, time management, and risk assessment

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

• Over 3 years of experience in business analysis or product management

• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Comprehensive understanding of the US healthcare system and familiarity with various EDI healthcare transactions

• Knowledge of healthcare transaction integration points, including Claims Adjudication, Claims Pricing, Claims Payment, as well as member, provider, and benefits

• Proficient understanding of data formats and communication protocols

• Basic familiarity with programming languages

• Willingness to work flexible hours, particularly during pre-release periods
