Business Analyst – Product-Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Convert business and customer needs into detailed product specifications for development.

• Ensure that products are thoughtfully designed, logically organized, functional, user-friendly, scalable, and in line with company objectives.

• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Utilize the ShadCN design library to create product screens and components.

• Work in collaboration with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyze, and prototype new product features.

• Create user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups of screens and system flows.

• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure precise implementation.

• Serve as a bridge between business analysis, product management, design, and development.

• Help shape the future of software escrow at Codekeeper.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a comparable product-centric role.

• A structured and analytical mindset, focusing on system logic, usability, scalability, and business implications.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications.

• Familiarity with user journey mapping and workflow analysis.

• Ability to think systemically and identify gaps or inconsistencies.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Strong written communication skills in English.

• Commitment, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor.

• Experience analyzing user journeys and business workflows.

• Knowledge of working with design systems and symbol libraries.

• Experience in documenting functional requirements and system behavior.

• Access to a Mac with Figma or a preference for this design tool.
