This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technical requirements and project objectives are aligned.
• Lead and conduct meetings with clients to facilitate discussions and gather essential information.
• Analyze and document integration requirements, creating clear and detailed technical documentation.
• Visualize integration workflows and system interactions using diagrams, ideally UML sequence diagrams.
• Interpret and organize technical documentation, including API specifications and integration guides (endpoints, methods, headers, request/response schemas), into well-structured technical documentation.
• Document error-handling scenarios and acceptance criteria for integration use cases.
• Ensure consistency and maintain version control of technical documentation within a knowledge base or wiki.
• Prepare client-facing documentation, ensuring that sensitive internal information is properly managed prior to external distribution.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Systems / Business Analyst.
• Proficient conversational English (B2 or higher).
• Exceptional analytical and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with integration protocols and interfaces, including REST and file-based methods.
• Strong understanding of both synchronous and asynchronous integration modes.
• Capability to read and interpret third-party/vendor API documentation (REST, OAuth-based authentication, JSON payloads).
• Knowledge of API request/response structures, status codes, and error-handling patterns.
• Experience in creating or maintaining structured templates for technical documentation.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to organize complex technical information into a clear, standardized format.
• Additional preferred qualifications:
• Experience with system integration projects, especially in a multi-vendor delivery context.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft.
• Experience with wiki-based documentation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Wiki, Confluence).
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication flows in API integrations.
• Experience with sequence diagrams or UML notation for documenting system interactions.
