This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with Bswift technology implementations, following company standard operating procedures, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with managers and users to pinpoint systems issues; evaluate the severity of problems and prioritize responses accordingly.
• Work alongside project coordinators and other internal and external team members and clients as part of new implementations and ongoing client support tasks.
• Oversee client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and discrepancy reports.
• Offer on-call technical support and respond to inquiries regarding EDI vendor feeds.
• Proactively address data production technical issues, striving to minimize future technical errors by collaborating with team members to devise actionable solutions.
• Regularly perform analyses of data transactions.
• Provide recommendations for resolving production issues.
• Coordinate with third-party compliance approval.
• Manage quality and control of Bswift.
• Educate client HR partners on Bswift software and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of the Bswift system.
• Audit Excel and text files.
• Proficient in Visual Basic scripts, among other programming languages.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in business administration, computer science, or information systems.
• 2-3 years of experience in application/system analysis/enrollment build is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
• 1-2 years of experience with Bswift.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems and programming.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Adept at or able to quickly learn systems and software utilized by the organization.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the benefits management and administration industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills with internal and external team members and clients through email, phone, and in-person communications.
