📋 Description

• Ensure the accurate flow of information and integration across the Protheus administrative, financial, tax, and accounting modules.

• Engage actively in the monthly closing processes of modules, guaranteeing balance reconciliations and the integrity of data.

• Assist internal users in troubleshooting operational challenges and suggest enhancements to system workflows.

• Develop and oversee management reports and administrative KPIs utilizing the ERP system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Oversee fixed assets within the system, including asset management, depreciation and amortization calculations, disposals, and inventory management.

• Possess strong knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, and financial investments.

• Familiarity with recording tax invoices (incoming/outgoing), tax calculations (withholdings, ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS), and the generation of tax filings and ancillary obligations via Protheus.

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting relationships (LP - Standard Postings), account reconciliation, trial balance preparation, and support for the accounting closing process.

• Previous experience in providing administrative assistance.

• Exposure to or experience with artificial intelligence tools.

• Proficient in managing files and spreadsheets.
