Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create project solutions and oversee analytical and data-centric workstreams

• Direct the formulation of requirements, evaluate project proposals, and suggest methodologies

• Facilitate data validation efforts among internal teams and external partners

• Assist in measuring and evaluating campaign performance, including analyzing paid media effectiveness

• Track audience engagement and behavior change metrics

• Compile findings into comprehensive reports and recommendations for SAMHSA

• Develop specifications for deliverables and analyze trends in 988 utilization data

• Aid in digital analytics and web performance assessments

• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in communications, public health, data analytics, marketing, social sciences, or a related discipline

• At least 7 years of pertinent experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or team lead role

• Proven experience in leading the design of project or analytical solutions and acting as a primary liaison with government or senior-level clients

• Background in formulating requirements, analyzing project proposals, and recommending optimal strategies for complex, multi-workstream projects

• Expertise in data visualization tools, especially Tableau, including the development, maintenance, and publication of dashboards

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data to assess program or campaign outcomes

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret trends in utilization, engagement, or behavioral data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Experience in generating formal deliverables such as performance reports, evaluation plans, and data dashboards for government or executive stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and coordinate effectively across internal teams and external collaborators

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical results to non-technical audiences

• Capability to obtain and sustain a Public Trust security clearance (Tier II)
