System Administrator – Service Operations Team, IT & Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing support tickets within the Service Operations Team

• Independently conducting remote administration of customer systems (hospitals) with significant responsibility for fault analysis and resolution

• Designing and implementing optimization strategies

• Executing system updates in collaboration with our customers (across various technologies, including our proprietary hospital information system Orbis®)

• Collaborating closely with project management, third-party vendors, and colleagues from other departments

• Implementing enhancements and upgrades to the existing IT infrastructure while assisting in troubleshooting and performance evaluation

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a technical degree

• Strong knowledge in some of the following areas (or the willingness to learn): Linux/Unix, Windows, Citrix, Oracle, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, cluster technologies

• A high degree of reliability and strong customer-facing abilities

• Consistently customer- and service-oriented in your approach

• Independent and goal-driven working style

• Excellent communication skills, pronounced team spirit, and resilience
