This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Oversee and sustain the Zenoti platform, including POS, CRM, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Set up system configurations, user roles, and operational workflows.
• Facilitate onboarding and implementation processes for new locations or users.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues related to bookings, payments, reports, and more.
• Offer technical assistance to internal teams and clients.
• Support system integrations, such as payment gateways and marketing tools.
• Create reports and ensure the accuracy of data.
• Educate staff on the correct usage of the system.
• Demonstrated experience with Zenoti is required.
• Background in IT support, system administration, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience in system configuration and user management.
• Familiarity with POS or CRM systems.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
