Swag Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal merchandise from conception to production and delivery.

• Collaborate with the Creative team to design merchandise that aligns with marketing goals and brand standards.

• Work with internal administrative and procurement teams to manage vendor sourcing, sample evaluations, contract oversight, and budget monitoring.

• Supervise merchandise production to guarantee quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely arrivals.

• Maintain a tracker for merchandise requests and approvals, while planning and improving logistics and fulfillment processes.

• Keep an eye on inventory levels, coordinate replenishment according to marketing demands, and manage budgets efficiently.

• Oversee the entire branded merchandise process from concept development to production and delivery.

• Create impactful brand experiences through merchandise for Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools for data processing, AI-generated designs, and workflow optimization.

• Solid understanding of marketing and creative workflows.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for supporting internal and external logistics and operational coordination.

• Experience in international logistics or e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
