This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and uphold an expert-level understanding of the Stadium platform, design tools, and swag production processes.
• Serve as a creative collaborator with clients and internal teams, aiding in the transformation of concepts into visual collections that align with brand standards and project objectives.
• Oversee and manage the swag design process from initiation to delivery, which includes interpreting client briefs, creating mock-ups, and preparing production files.
• Assist customers in navigating design choices and engage directly with clients as necessary to clarify creative direction and manage feedback.
• Continuously enhance, automate, and optimize design workflows and procedures for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure quality control for all design outputs, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and innovations in swag production.
• Collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Uploaders, and Vendors.
• Contribute to the design team's growth and development, with the opportunity to assume leadership roles.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong design expertise with over 2 years in graphic, product, or fashion design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with product decoration techniques (embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or comfort in communicating design concepts clearly and professionally.
• An automation-first approach with a passion for process improvement and efficiency creation.
• Experience or interest in leading teams and mentoring others.
• Solutions-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
