This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate deal cycles across various industries and address critical business challenges.
• Spearhead the technical discovery and qualification processes for initial opportunities, assisting in identifying prospects/customers’ existing issues and aligning them with their business goals.
• Oversee the technical aspects within the sales process, which may involve participating in the design, delivery, and support of a technical proof of concept; creating technical proposals; responding to RFPs, RFIs, Security Questionnaires, and Technical Response Documents; attending sales meetings; leading workshops; and offering technical expertise to showcase the One Identity products as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Work closely with Product Management to provide consistent and actionable insights based on customer interactions.
• You should possess effective communication skills to engage with Support, Engineering, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop resources, knowledge base content, and conduct training sessions to enhance the technical understanding of existing features for both customers and Account Executives.
• Contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding and evolving Solutions Engineering organization.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of a central knowledge repository to address technical product inquiries during the RFP/RFI process.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Digital Identity.
• Assist in onboarding and enabling partners with One Identity solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Solution Engineering or PreSales roles.
• Proven experience in deploying, managing, and configuring SaaS, Hybrid, and On-Premise solutions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) field (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, JumpCloud).
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS, Hybrid, and On-Premise deployment methodologies, with a solid foundation in SaaS.
• Familiarity with core web technologies including Ruby on Rails, Angular, Python, PHP, HTML/CSS, REST, among others.
• Comprehensive understanding of the IT industry, competitive landscape, and key technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for safeguarding systems, networks, and digital identities.
• An understanding of fundamental security concerns associated with typical applications.
• Familiarity with the Digital Identity space and a desire to expand your knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise-level directory deployments and configurations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to both external customers and internal teams.
