This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and expand strategic partnerships.
• Formulate and implement the channel strategy for Southeast Asia.
• Enhance and activate current partners according to established business plans.
• Acquire new partners with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity.
• Fortify relationships with resellers, identity specialists, distributors, and strategic alliances.
• Take ownership of partner-led outcomes, including revenue objectives, pipeline development, joint account planning, and co-selling efforts.
• Provide sales and technical enablement consistent with the partner program.
• Create joint marketing strategies and pipeline initiatives.
• Boost partner engagement, mindshare, and field execution.
• Foster strong collaboration between partners and local One Identity teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing to maximize leverage through the ecosystem.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within the enterprise software or cybersecurity sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the cybersecurity market and partner ecosystem is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
• Experience collaborating with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Strategic mindset—capable of creating plans, not just fostering relationships.
• Commercially oriented—focused on pipeline development and outcomes.
• A proactive approach—skilled in building and scaling a channel.
