• Recruit, mentor, and lead Mesh's APAC business development team.
• Over 12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership in traditional finance, fintech, and crypto.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex partnership agreements at the enterprise level.
• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing business development or sales teams.
• Extensive commercial relationships throughout the APAC ecosystem.
• Proficient in C-suite discussions and capable of establishing trust swiftly.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the APAC region.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
