This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the account management strategy for the Spend Business Unit across all regions.
• Create a scalable operating model to ensure consistent delivery of value in spend management.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture VP-level Regional Leaders.
• Establish performance expectations, metrics, and governance across various regions.
• Build leadership succession plans and pipelines for executive development.
• Manage retention, margin performance, and client growth within the account management portfolio.
• Oversee business planning and forecasting initiatives.
• Enhance resource allocation and investment strategies.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key client relationships and engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• Assist VPs with complex client situations, high-stakes negotiations, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, sourcing, performance improvement, sales, operations, and support teams.
• Advocate for customer interests in product development, service innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure consistency in defining, measuring, and communicating value.
• Foster alignment among SMBU Sales, Enterprise Partnership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Promote AI-enabled capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Convert data and analytics into executive-level insights, actionable strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Encourage a value-driven culture and track performance through data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, spend management, or related fields.
• Significant experience in leading VP-level and higher leaders within a complex, matrixed, and geographically dispersed organization.
• Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio and achieving sustained revenue growth, margin enhancement, and client retention.
• Expertise in healthcare supply chain operations and translating sourcing and spend strategies into clinical and financial results.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite executives and influence large, complex health systems.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, tools, risks, and opportunities, with appropriate practical applications in work activities.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and sound business judgment.
• Capability to operate at both strategic and executive levels.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
