This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement the account management strategy for the Spend Business Unit across all regions.
• Create a scalable operational framework that ensures the consistent delivery of spend management value across various client segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to drive growth, enhance market position, and improve client value offerings for the Spend Business Unit.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate VP and Regional Leaders, holding them accountable for performance across different regions.
• Oversee retention, margin performance, and client growth within the account management portfolio of the Spend Business Unit.
• Act as an executive sponsor for the most strategic client relationships of the Spend Business Unit.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, sourcing, and performance improvement teams to ensure that capabilities align with client requirements and market demands.
• Advocate for the integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance client value.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, spend management, or related areas.
• Significant experience in leading leaders (VP-level and above) within a complex, matrixed, geographically dispersed organization.
• A proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio, achieving sustained revenue growth, margin enhancement, and client retention.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and the ability to translate sourcing and spend strategies into clinical and financial outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with C-suite executives and influencing large, complex health systems.
• A solid understanding of AI concepts, tools, risks, and opportunities, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in work activities.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and executive levels.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Willingness to travel regularly and efficiently throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and schedules.
