This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Operate within the designated territory to achieve sales and profit objectives for the Laboratory Diagnostics division's offerings.
• Oversee interactions and sales across all customer tiers for the assigned target account, including executive leaders, procurement managers, laboratory managers, biochemists, medical laboratory technologists, and medical directors.
• Develop intricate product procurement proposals and responses to competitive bids, encompassing Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Discover and cultivate business opportunities for healthcare solutions as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
• Create summaries of CLS and SLS products and solutions, and present them to healthcare executives.
• Ensure precise recording and upkeep of the customer database and contract information by regularly updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to formulate and revise account plans for key opportunities, alongside regional sales and sales-funnel forecasts.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product, technical aspects, competitive landscape, and healthcare market trends, while continuously enhancing personal effectiveness.
• Work alongside Siemens Healthineers teams across various domains, including applications, field service, enterprise management, project management, healthcare solutions, finance, and legal.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, medical laboratory technology, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
• At least five years of successful technical sales experience in diagnostics or a related sector (medical devices or healthcare).
• Demonstrated capability to increase market share in a fiercely competitive environment.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional negotiation and risk management abilities.
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with hospitals and diagnostic testing protocols.
• Experience in laboratory diagnostics is preferred.
• Outstanding presentation skills, including the capacity to convey technical content effectively.
