Influencer/Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners on Instagram.

• Establish and uphold a robust database of influencers within the designated market.

• Negotiate partnership agreements encompassing CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee structures.

• Onboard influencers by supplying tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing materials.

• Oversee daily influencer relationships and manage campaign execution.

• Track campaign performance using KPIs such as FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.

• Enhance existing partnerships and reactivate underperforming influencers.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to elevate campaign performance.

• Keep an eye on competitor activities and pinpoint emerging influencer trends in the local market.

• Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes and partnership opportunities.

• Ensure all promotional efforts adhere to local advertising regulations and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, or KOL Management.

• Strong understanding of the local market and influencer ecosystem.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Commercially driven mindset with an emphasis on acquisition and performance metrics.

• Proficient in the local market language and possess a good command of English.

• Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Familiarity with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.

• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing page optimization.

• Experience in launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
