This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and leadership to develop go-to-market strategies for our advertising measurement products.
• Lead and manage a sales team based in the US to achieve profitable and sustainable revenue growth targets across all market segments and verticals.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture team members within the sales department.
• Assist teams in formulating territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Oversee and enhance the sales team structure to ensure growth and scalability.
• Establish and evaluate compensation and incentive programs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and refine sales processes.
• Monitor performance metrics related to prospecting, pipeline management, and sales execution.
• Collaborate across functions to improve team efficiency and culture.
• Partner with sales enablement to identify individual and team-wide skills gaps to implement new and existing training initiatives.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to leadership.
• Utilize your network to create new business opportunities.
• Represent DISQO at significant industry thought leadership events.
• Embrace an AI-first approach as both a team member and a leader.
• Over 7 years of sales management experience in a rapidly growing technology and services company.
• Strong knowledge of the measurement/Adtech sector and its ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams of 6-8+ sales professionals, consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring sales talent.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICCC and the Value Selling or Challenger sales methodologies is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com, Media Radar, and sales productivity tools.
• Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
• A proactive problem solver with a hunter mentality, capable of engaging key decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.
