📋 Description

• Convert the overarching product strategy and roadmap into a distinct value proposition, clearly outlining the unique benefits and advantages of Sinch's solutions across various product areas and customer segments.

• Collaborate closely with product management to synchronize marketing strategies with the dynamic product landscape, ensuring a unified narrative that resonates with target audiences.

• Spearhead the global revenue enablement strategy, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary messaging, content, tools, and training to boost revenue growth.

• Create and execute thorough onboarding and ongoing learning programs customized for diverse go-to-market roles and market segments.

• Work collaboratively with sales leadership and operations to establish metrics for measuring enablement success, tracking enhancements in sales velocity, win rates, time-to-productivity, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.

• Propel the creation and communication of compelling, customer-focused positioning and messaging strategies designed to meet the distinct needs of our varied routes to market.

• Collaborate effectively with technical teams to simplify complex product features into clear, customer-centric benefits for each segment.

• Lead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences across multiple touchpoints and segments.

• Adopt an AI-first approach to explore ways to enhance the scalability of our product marketing efforts.

• Conduct market research to uncover industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes across all CPaaS segments.

• Regularly assess key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make strategic adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development, marketing strategies, and revenue objectives.

• Engage with industry analysts from organizations like Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and others, ensuring Sinch is favorably positioned within industry reports and evaluations.

• Represent Sinch at prominent industry events, conferences, and tradeshows, showcasing our products and thought leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of demonstrated experience in product marketing leadership roles within the technology or SaaS sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of CPaaS, telecommunications, or related industries.

• Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for intricate, technical products.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a strong commitment to a customer-focused approach.

• A change agent with a profound sense of curiosity, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for experimentation.

• Experience working alongside product and go-to-market teams.

• Capable of making decisive choices, even with limited data, to drive growth.
