This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Identify and prioritize new market opportunities within enterprise brands and agency ecosystems.
• Transform industry and customer insights into strategies that ensure Later’s offerings remain innovative and distinct.
• Develop and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects, generating significant net new revenue.
• Lead intricate enterprise negotiations, structuring agreements that provide measurable impact for clients and scalable value for Later.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions align with the evolving needs of enterprises in influencer marketing, branded content, and measurement.
• Establish scalable sales processes that enhance velocity and improve partner satisfaction.
• Serve as a senior cross-functional leader, aligning partnership objectives with the broader business strategy.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at global brands, agencies, and platform partners.
• Represent Later at conferences, industry forums, and key client engagements as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to uncover gaps and opportunities.
• Employ data-driven decision-making, utilizing insights to continuously refine strategy and execution.
• Remain ahead of emerging trends in the creator economy, adapting Later’s enterprise positioning accordingly.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within SaaS, martech, or creator economy sectors.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and finalizing large, complex enterprise deals with brands and agencies.
• Extensive expertise in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing, along with strong industry connections.
• Proven history of scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams and establishing repeatable processes.
• Outstanding skills in building executive relationships and negotiating deals.
• Proficient in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to inform strategy and decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is considered an asset.
