SVP, Operations – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with local offices and promoters to manage comprehensive operational logistics and execution for concerts and live events.

• Assist in translating the President’s strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans.

• Introduce structure and operational discipline within high-growth, decentralized entrepreneurial settings across the region.

• Work closely with local offices to pinpoint improvement opportunities, align best practices, and address operational issues.

• Establish regional governance and process enhancements to promote consistency and efficiency while ensuring adherence to global Live Nation safety standards.

• Act as a primary liaison between local promoters and international production teams.

• Manage and enhance communication between internal departments to optimize processes.

• Supervise all other daily operational matters for the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in operations, production, venue management, live events, or touring within Latin American markets.

• Deep knowledge of local business practices.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate change and challenging environments.

• Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production processes for international events.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once with meticulous attention to detail.

• Advanced organizational abilities.

• Competence in providing clear and concise recommendations to executive leadership.
