SVP of Engineering

📋 Description

• Oversees the strategy, development, implementation, and enhancement of customer-oriented digital platforms, applications, and experiences.

• Facilitates measurable advancements in customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall customer experience results.

• Sets performance goals, operational metrics, and accountability standards.

• Integrates AI, automation, and contemporary engineering practices to enhance productivity and speed of delivery.

• Crafts and implements engineering transformation roadmaps.

• Fosters and sustains a high-performance engineering culture.

• Collaborates with Product Management leadership.

• Effectively communicates technology initiatives, organizational performance, and business results.

• Assesses emerging technologies for strategic competitive advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in technology and software engineering.

• Minimum of 8 years in senior engineering leadership positions.

• Proven success in spearheading large-scale digital transformation projects within the financial services or fintech sectors.

• Established record of delivering quantifiable business results through technology initiatives.

• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, DevOps methodologies, and digital product delivery frameworks.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI, generative AI, and machine learning technologies in enterprise settings.

• Experience in formulating and executing technology strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals.

• Capability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational transformation.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of information security, risk management, and compliance standards relevant to financial services organizations.
