📋 Description

• Perform a thorough audit of all software and cloud services (SaaS) utilized throughout the organization.

• Establish and maintain a centralized, current software inventory.

• Detect redundant services, inactive licenses, and superfluous subscriptions.

• Streamline software licensing expenditures.

• Collect requirements from various business units, assess their needs, and pinpoint the most appropriate software solutions.

• Investigate, assess, and engage in the deployment of essential business systems.

• Ensure that software updates and license renewals are executed promptly.

• Design, automate, and manage processes for providing software access to newly hired employees.
